I am not receiving email from Incogneato
Occasionally, we hear from folks who are not receiving email from Incogneato, usually after signing up for a trial account. A vast majority of the time, the email is being blocked, quarantined, or marked as spam on the recipient’s mail server. Even though Incogneato sends all email with verified, spam-free IP addresses, some mail servers misclassify email we send.
If you are not receiving email from Incogneato, here are a few steps you can take:
- Check your spam folder
- Add "noreply@incognea.to" to your mail account’s whitelist/safe sender list. If you do not know how to do this, please contact the person or department who manages your email account. Steps will vary by email provider.
- Contact the person or department who manages your email account and ask them to release your quarantined/blocked email and complete step 2 above.
- If none of the above steps work, please contact us via live chat or email.
