I am not receiving email from Incogneato

Occasionally, we hear from folks who are not receiving email from Incogneato, usually after signing up for a trial account. A vast majority of the time, the email is being blocked, quarantined, or marked as spam on the recipient’s mail server. Even though Incogneato sends all email with verified, spam-free IP addresses, some mail servers misclassify email we send.

If you are not receiving email from Incogneato, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Add "noreply@incognea.to" to your mail account’s whitelist/safe sender list. If you do not know how to do this, please contact the person or department who manages your email account. Steps will vary by email provider.
  3. Contact the person or department who manages your email account and ask them to release your quarantined/blocked email and complete step 2 above.
  4. If none of the above steps work, please contact us via live chat or email.
