- How does Incogneato keep my identity a secret?
Incogneato relays messages between you and your organization, allowing you to remain anonymous. When you include an email address with your submission, it is encrypted and only seen by Incogneato.
- Do you collect any personally identifiable information?
Aside from an email address - which is encrypted and never shared with your organization - Incogneato does not collect any personally identifiable information from those submitting responses.
- Do you share my personal information with outside organizations?
No. Incogneato will never sell, trade, or share your personal information.
- Is Incogneato secure?
Incogneato takes anonymity and security seriously. In addition to using 256-bit TLS encryption for all communication within Incogneato, there is continuous threat monitoring in place, and the latest server software is always in use.
- How does Incogneato use my email address?
Your email address will only be used to relay messages back to you.
- What are the benefits of using a third party tool like Incogneato to collect my feedback?
Even with the best intentions, organizations that host their own feedback collection tool may mistakenly store log files or other pieces of data that can reveal the identities of their respondents. In addition to being a neutral arbitrator, Incogneato retains as little data as possible.
